Top Mexico Real Estate and the Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour may change the accommodations and tour itinerary at any time without providing notice for something equally comparable in quality, price and value.

Due to the deep discount offered under this promotion, the Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour can only be rescheduled. We understand that plans do change, sometimes an emergency arises or you just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose.  You can request to reschedule the Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour anytime up to 14 days prior to your set arrival tour date. The Live It, Compare It & Buy It Tour can reschedule your real estate vacation for FREE for anytime within the following 6 months based on availability. However, if you reschedule 7 - 13 days before your set arrival tour date a 25% rescheduling fee per Live It Tour will apply.   Additionally, if you reschedule less than 7 days before your set arrival tour date a 50% rescheduling fee per Live It Tour will apply.

PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds or reschedules will be given for no-shows.
